Her work spans clinical workflows, staffing, quality and compliance responsibilities. She brings that experience to Premier’s evaluations, connecting the needs of physicians and staff with how the practice operates.

Working with your team
Ali leads the engagement from the operating side: understanding your workflows, clarifying priorities and agreeing on next steps with your leadership. Premier brings in a technology partner when the work includes systems, data, automation or AI implementation. Your written proposal defines each contributor’s role, the deliverables and who is responsible for the work.
We begin with the tools and reports your team already uses. The answer may be a clearer process, better reporting or a defined technology project. Where AI is useful, we agree on its task and how people will review its output. Your team can carry out the plan, or Premier can provide separately scoped implementation support.
Your clinical leadership retains care decisions. Legal, regulatory, valuation and other specialist work is defined separately with qualified advisers.
