ASC & OBL strategy
The right setting for what comes next.

What does the facility need to support?
Improving an existing lab, adding a procedure and developing another site require different analyses. We map the services, facility arrangements and intended use before defining the work.
Start with your setting.
Already operating
Existing operations & capacity
Review scheduling, procedure readiness, staffing, room use, recovery and follow-up. Identify constraints in authorization, supplies and coordination with the practice’s offices and hospital relationships.
Choose your setting to prepare an introduction to Ali. An expansion plan is not required.
Considering another site
A proposed facility
Market & service feasibility
Assess referral patterns, payer mix, demographics and proposed services. Compare the expansion question with available evidence and operating assumptions, identifying gaps to resolve before an investment decision.
Space, equipment & staffing
Match intended services to space, equipment, supplies and staffing responsibilities. Identify dependencies among buildout, training and workflows so development decisions reflect how the facility would operate.
Ownership & specialist coordination
Clarify which entities own, operate or use the facility. Coordinate operating inputs with healthcare counsel and qualified specialists on ownership, licensing, accreditation and other applicable regulatory questions.
Clinical decisions remain with your leadership. The written proposal defines scope, fee, timing and specialist responsibilities.
A basis for your decision.
Possible written outputs, subject to the final scope and proposal:
- A facility assessment separating established facts, assumptions and information gaps.
- A comparison of agreed options, including capacity, resources, dependencies and financial assumptions.
- A prioritized plan with operating decisions, responsibilities and specialist questions.
Technology work may support equipment inventory, administrative readiness checks or capacity reporting. Ali leads the operating work and a technology partner implements the agreed systems, with responsibilities defined in the proposal.
See an illustrative example →Can you evaluate a facility that is already operating?
Yes. We can focus on scheduling, staffing, procedure readiness, service economics or another defined concern. The evaluation does not require an expansion plan.
How do you determine the right facility model?
We organize the business and operating evidence around your intended services and existing arrangements. Clinical leadership and qualified advisers address the clinical and regulatory questions.
Do you handle legal and regulatory approvals?
Premier supports planning and coordination. Healthcare attorneys, licensing and accreditation specialists, and relevant authorities address requirements and approvals. Their roles are defined for the engagement.
