Start with the question your practice needs to answer.

One department, a service line or the whole practice. The initial conversation establishes what needs attention and where the work should begin.

Look where the work connects.

A focused engagement starts with a specific question. A broader evaluation can examine the connections across your practice.

  • Schedule & access

Referral intake, appointment capacity and the handoffs around a visit.

  • Staffing & responsibilities

Coverage, workload, training and ownership of daily work.

  • Revenue & reimbursement

Authorization, documentation, denials, collections and payer questions.

  • Systems & coordination

The tools and reporting behind everyday decisions.

  • Quality & follow-through

Written standards, clear responsibilities and a way to track progress.

From a closer look
to a written plan.

These five outputs are a format for discussion, subject to the final scope and written proposal. A focused engagement may use a different set of outputs.

  • A whole-practice assessment

Findings and information gaps across the agreed scope.

  • Two agreed priority analyses

Deeper work on the decisions leadership most needs to make.

  • An opportunity register

Ranked findings, with impact, confidence, effort and dependencies made visible.

  • A 90-day action plan

A proposed planning format with next steps, named owners and measures to agree.

  • A leadership readout

Review the findings, correct the facts and decide whether further work should follow.

One possible presentation of a decision. Actual deliverables depend on the written scope.

Agree the work
before it begins.

Scope, fee and timing

The sites, scope and available information determine the proposed fee and duration. The written proposal sets the work, contributors, deliverables, fee and timing before you decide whether to proceed.

Information and access

Start with your priorities, the sites and services involved, and agreed aggregate operating reports. Detailed access follows your practice’s approved process. Please do not send patient information through this website or introductory email.

Operations and technology

We examine existing tools first. A scoped project may connect systems, clarify reporting or automate a defined administrative handoff. Ali leads the operating work, with a technology partner responsible for agreed implementation tasks. Where AI is useful, the proposal defines the task, permitted inputs and how people review its output.

What happens afterward

Your team can carry out the plan. Premier can also provide a defined improvement project or separately scoped implementation support, from staffing and scheduling to revenue-cycle workflows and facility planning.

Clinical decisions stay with your leadership. Legal, regulatory and valuation opinions remain with qualified advisers.
